EME Hospitality are long-standing hospitality consultants in the Netherlands, delivering on hotel and restaurant concepts for clients.
We worked with them for two years on their The Usual brand with properties in Belgium and the Netherlands, providing guidance on bar menu design using relevant spirit brands and regular bartender training to ensure their team can make and shake quality drinks for their aspirational guests.

DedBest Distillery
DedBest Distillery located in Sussex approached us to scope the Benelux and Scandinavian markets for their GINgerbread liqueur – a hand-crafted 21% above spirit thats made with real gingerbread cake and has a spot-on flavour profile for north Western European markets.
We currently undertaking extensive market research with hospitality contacts, distributors and consumers for an Autumn/Winter 2025 launch.


Arbikie Highland Estate X Hilton Netherlands Earth Month 2024
Arbike are one of the world's leading producers of sustainable spirits so the perfect partner for Hilton properties with their objectives to reduce their carbon footprint.
By its nature, hospitality can be a wasteful industry so in 2024 we worked with five bar teams from Hilton properties in the Netherlands – including Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam and Hilton Schiphol – to provide an 'Earth Month' activation including trainings on how to make more sustainable cocktails, inter-departmental working and guest engagement.
