Sustainable cocktails design for The Usual hotel group

We were approached by EME Group to design a menu of simple cocktails featuring sustainable and hyper local spirits from the Netherlands.

In addition to creating the recipes, we provided a day of bar training, supporting social media materials and a printed bartender recipe guide.
