With our BITE Sussex hat on, we're incredibly excited to be working with chef Simon Mckenzie, Maria Chilton & James Grey of Angelica Food, Seb Cole of Boho Gelato, Helen Taggart of MDTEA, Henry Butler of Butlers Wine Cellar and Kathy Caton of Brighton Gin on a Regency themed banquet in the the stunning Royal Pavilion in Brighton.
