International Chef Exchange: Brighton comes to The Hague

Masterchef the Professionals winner, winner Steven Edwards of Etch in Brighton & Hove, partners with Mark van Bemmel of Publique in The Hague for the return leg of an International Chef Exchange on Monday 15 October 2018..


Background

Mark visited Brighton in 2017 and prepared a meal showcasing his culinary style alongside Dutch flavours at Etch, as part of the Brighton & Hove Food and Drink Festival. For the return leg, both Steve and Mark will be presenting three dishes each, accompanied by Ridgeview English Sparkling wine and Foxhole Gin from Sussex.
