Brighton & Hove Chef of the Year judging

We headed to Brighton's Community Kitchen with the three finalist chefs for the 2018 Chef of the Year and Young Chef of the Year judging on Monday 12 November. Representing the seniors are Michael Bremner (64 Degrees), Steven Edwards (Etch) and Duncan Ray (The Little Fish Market), whilst representing the juniors were Marcus Ingam (The Salt Room), Ben Lippett (64 Degrees) and George Thomas (Isaac At). Our panel of judges included Andrew Kay (Latest Media), Joe Lutrario (Restaurant Magazine), Jeremy Ashpool (Jeremy's Restaurant), Matt Baker (NFU Mutual Pulborough) and Mardi Roberts (Ridgeview Wine Estate). Results will be revealed along with all of the other food and drink awards on Monday 19 November at My Brighton Hotel.
