At the start of April, we worked alongside over 60 Sussex food, drink and hospitality businesses to promote the best of the county to consumers. Events included producer open days across the county, one-off pop-up dining events, Sussex Gin Week and an epic lunch at Etch to celebrate the launch of this year's BITE Sussex Rising Stars Awards championing young people working in our industry.
Plans are already underway for our BITE Sussex trade showcase afternoon on Brighton Palace Pier on Monday 20 June 2022 plus some wild-n-wacky events for our next consumer festival period at the end of August including an 'Under-the-Sea Dining Odyssey at the SEALIFE Brighton aquarium headed up by chef Caspian Armani of Isaac At and more Sussex food and drink producers then you can shake a stick of Brighton rock at!
