We've worked with chefs Maria Chiltern and Jimmy Gray for over a decade through Jeremy's Restaurant, the Brighton & Hove Food and Drink Festival, International Chef Exchange and BITE Sussex, so we're really excited this hugely talented culinary duo have now set up on their own to provide private chef and premium catering services to Sussex, Kent and London.
